Online Journals

In addition to the major anesthesiology journals (Anesthesiology, Anesthesia and Analgesia, Journal of Clinical Anesthesia, and The Internet Journal of Anesthesia) several hundred full-text journals can be accessed for free through our Calder Library website link. These include other anesthesiology journals (The British Journal of Anaesthesia, The Canadian Journal of Anesthesia), general medicine journals (The New England Journal of Medicine, The Journal of the American Medical Association,) and journals representing every medical specialty and subspecialty.

Access to all journals is freely available from any UM computer.  To access the collection from an off-site location, click "Remote Access" in the left column on Calder's home page and follow the link for "EZ Proxy Access".  You will need a code, which can be obtained from the Main Desk of Calder.  Bring your UM/JMH/VAH ID badge and this form.
